Varsity-Lets is a provider of high quality student accommodation and housing in Loughborough,for Loughborough University students. All nine of our houses are University accredited and are located on Radmoor Road,Burleigh Road,Ashby Road,Beacon Road and on Kirkstone Drive.We have houses with 4,5,6,7 and 8 bedrooms.We also have one 6/7 bedroom house in Leicester for Students.

Chris Walker who runs varsity-lets has been offering accommodation to satisfied students in Loughborough for over 15 years.

All our student houses offer high standards and are well maintained. They all have fully fitted kitchens, gas central heating, and internet access. Some have laminated flooring and Ikea furniture.

All our student houses are conveniently located close to Loughborough University and also for the town centre. They are within easy walking distance or a short bus ride, if preferred.

Fair rents are charged. There is no administration or signing on fee.

A returnable damage deposit of £200 per person is required. Rents do not include any bills.

Due to the high demand for these properties, early viewing is essential.
